Mercer County Animal Shelter is in desperate need of hard and soft dog food and soft cat food. All donations are appreciated.
The shelter is bursting at the seams with dogs. We need foster homes. Here are some benefits of having dogs in a foster home:

Notes: Tally is spayed, has a great temperament when it comes to children and does well inside and outside of a home. She is a great guard dog. She will potty outside and rarely has an accident inside. Tally enjoys other dogs but has to be the dominant one. She was bottle fed as a baby and raised with 2 other dogs. She ended up at the animal shelter in Princeton due to no fault of her own. Her family moved out of state and just was not able to take her with them. Tally was also raised with a cat and had no predator/prey instinct, however she treated the cat as if it were another dog and played with it. She is a medium sized dog but definitely still thinks she is a puppy and loves to lay in your lap or just on the couch or bed with you. Please consider giving Tally a home.

Adoption fees: Dog adoption is $140. Fee includes spay/neuter and rabies vaccination.

- Dogs that have been spayed/neutered are available for adoption to any location including out of state residents. Please note ALL animals are spayed or neutered before leaving the shelter.
