Mercer County Animal Shelter is in desperate need of hard and soft dog food and soft cat food. All donations are appreciated.
The shelter is bursting at the seams with dogs. We need foster homes. Here are some benefits of having dogs in a foster home:

Obedience: Not suitable to be around chickens or livestock
Notes: Princess is super shy, but she is extremely sweet. NO CHICKEN OR LIVESTOCK. Her former owner says she does well with dogs, but we still recommend a meet and greet with your dog(s) prior to adopting. We are not sure how she is with cats. She is around a year old and not yet spayed, but her spay is covered by the adoption fee.

Adoption fees: Dog adoption is $140. Fee includes spay/neuter and rabies vaccination.

- Dogs that have been spayed/neutered are available for adoption to any location including out of state residents. Please note ALL animals are spayed or neutered before leaving the shelter.
