Mercer County Animal Shelter is in desperate need of hard and soft dog food and soft cat food. All donations are appreciated.
The shelter is bursting at the seams with dogs. We need foster homes. Here are some benefits of having dogs in a foster home:

Notes: Swan is around 2 years old, spayed, and housebroken. She loves walks, car rides, and toys (especially squeaky ones). She can pull a little on the leash sometimes when she gets excited, but otherwise, she does well. Swan is extremely loyal to the people she loves but can be picky when it comes to company, so we will need her to meet your kids and pups (if you have either) before adoption. Swan can act tough in her kennel, but outside of it, she is a total sweetheart. Please give her a chance and ask to see her outside of the run.

- Dogs that have been spayed/neutered are available for adoption to any location including out of state residents. Please note ALL animals are spayed or neutered before leaving the shelter.
