Mercer County Animal Shelter is in desperate need of hard and soft dog food and soft cat food. All donations are appreciated.
The shelter is bursting at the seams with dogs. We need foster homes. Here are some benefits of having dogs in a foster home:

Notes: Pumbaa around 5 years old. Someone dumped him all alone with nothing but a bag of food. Animal Control found him and brought him. He stayed in that same spot he was dumped as if he was waiting for his people to come back, so it is safe to say Pumbaa is one loyal pup. Bring your children and any other dogs you currently own for a meet and greet before adoption.

Adoption fees: Dog adoption is $140. Fee includes spay/neuter and rabies vaccination.

- Dogs that have been spayed/neutered are available for adoption to any location including out of state residents. Please note ALL animals are spayed or neutered before leaving the shelter.
